1. Service Description

Citatur is an AI visibility monitoring service. We query third-party AI platforms with the questions you track and report how your brand is mentioned and cited in their answers.

2. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased as one-time payments and never expire. Credits are non-refundable once used. Each AI search consumes one credit. Domain availability checks are free. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

3. Free Tier

Authenticated users receive 10 free searches per calendar month. Free searches reset on the 1st of each month. Free credits cannot be accumulated across months.

4. API and MCP Usage

API keys provide programmatic access to the search service. API usage consumes credits at the same rate as web usage. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. We may revoke keys used for abusive purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: abuse the service with automated requests beyond normal usage, attempt to circumvent credit limits, use the service for illegal purposes, or resell API access without authorization.

AI platform answers are produced by third-party services and may change at any time. Reports reflect the answers observed at run time and are provided for information only.
